Who we are
VALORE Platform Corp ("VALORE", "we", "our", or "us") operates the VALORE Platform — a governed knowledge infrastructure platform — accessible at valore.com and associated subdomains.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you visit our website, use our platform, or interact with us in any way. It applies to all users globally, with additional rights described for residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Australia.
If you have questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us at privacy@valore.com before using the platform.

Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Information you provide directly
- Email address — when you subscribe to updates, request early access, or submit an enquiry via any form on our platform.
- Name — if you choose to provide it when contacting us or registering interest.
- Communications — the content of any messages, feedback, or enquiries you send to us.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referring URL, and general navigation patterns collected via Netlify Analytics. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
- Technical data — browser type, device type, operating system, and approximate geographic region (country level). We do not collect precise location data.
- Log data — server logs may record IP addresses as part of standard web infrastructure operation. These are not used for profiling.
Information we do not collect
- We do not collect payment or financial information through our website.
- We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies.
- We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, biometric, or financial records) through Mode 1 consumer guides.
03
How we use your information
We use the information we collect only for the purposes described below:
- To provide and improve our platform — understanding how our guides and tools are used helps us improve content quality and user experience.
- To communicate with you — if you subscribe to updates or request early access, we will send you relevant communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To respond to enquiries — we use contact information you provide solely to respond to your message.
- To maintain platform security and integrity — log data may be used to detect abuse or protect against security threats.
- To comply with legal obligations — where required by applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
04
Legal bases for processing
For users in the EEA and United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing personal data under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR are:
- Consent — for email communications. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or contacting us directly.
- Legitimate interests — for analytics and platform security, where our interests do not override your rights and freedoms.
- Legal obligation — where processing is required to comply with applicable law.
For users in Australia, we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
For users in the United States, we comply with applicable state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.
05
Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — we use third-party services to operate our platform, including Netlify (hosting and analytics) and Kit/ConvertKit (email communications). These providers process data only on our behalf and under contractual obligations consistent with this policy.
- Make (automation) — used to route lead enquiry data from platform tools to our internal records. Data is not shared beyond this purpose.
- Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of VALORE Platform Corp or others.
- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred to a successor entity, subject to the same privacy protections.
We require all third-party providers to maintain appropriate security standards and to use personal data only as directed by us.
06
Cookies and analytics
We use Netlify Analytics to understand how our platform is used. Netlify Analytics is privacy-friendly by design: it does not use cookies, does not track users across sites, and does not share data with advertising networks. Data is aggregated at the session level and does not identify individual visitors.
We do not use:
- Advertising or retargeting cookies
- Social media tracking pixels
- Third-party analytics services that profile individual users
- Cookie consent banners are not currently displayed because our analytics does not use cookies
If our use of cookies or analytics changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain your consent before implementing new tracking technologies.
07
Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law.
- Email subscribers — retained while your subscription is active. Removed within 30 days of an unsubscribe request.
- Enquiry communications — retained for up to 2 years for correspondence purposes, then deleted unless a longer period is required by law.
- Analytics data — aggregated and retained by Netlify in accordance with their retention policies. No individually identifiable data is retained by us beyond server log cycles.
- Server logs — retained for up to 90 days for security purposes, then deleted.
